VELLE NIQO TAY is the founder and CEO of Edu Catalysts Academy. and an excellent business leader, serial entrepreneur, educator, ACTA Trainer, life coach and numerologist. She has demonstrated history in Business Start-ups and Turn-over in varied industries. She is skilled in Education & Training, Investment Planning, Strategic Partnership, Events Management, Business Development, Talent Management, Business Planning, Marketing PR Communication, Training, Coaching, Counselling, and Teaching. One of her new passion beside education is formulating the new business strategy in green jobs and sustainability.

KEVIN VUONG is an innovative and business-savvy professional with more than 20 years of experience in global senior management roles such as Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Analyst, Market Research, Business Development, and Consultancy. Active as Professional Trainer & Start-up coach. I have worked in reputable global MNC firms based Asia Pacific with coverage of the whole SEA market. Kevin is currently running for the Doctor of Business Administration, Management and Operations holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Management and M.Sc. Electrical Engineering. Beside this, Kevin is an active trainer at NTUC LearningHub for Blockchain, Data Science Trainer at IBM, Marketing Automation Trainer at Equinet Academy and holds a WSQ ACTA Course Developer and Trainer certification.

SHERWIN SEOW began his advertising career as an Account Executive in Lins Ad where for 10 years, he was handling major key Tourism accounts such as JNTO, Macau Tourism Board, Australia Tourism, Tourism Northern Territory, CTC Holidays Travel, ASA Holidays. With a strong background and passion for IT & Digital Media, Sherwin moved into championing the Digital Arm of Lins Ad – Clickworkz Solutions. Within 2 glorious years, Sherwin has amazingly grown a small IT team into a significant Digital Division, gaining notable portfolios and clients such as Virgin Active, MapleTree (Vivocity), Tommy Hilfiger, Minor Food Group, Nokia HMD, ST Marine, Esplanade, SG Innovate, Asia Malls and many others. Having achieved great success, Sherwin is looking forward to setting up yet another Digital Division in Lins Ad’s Malaysia Office where this new expansion will unlock more knowledge-sharing opportunities for digital creativity and innovation for clients.

DR MICHAEL HENG PBM devotes his professional life to human capital development and management, labor-management relations, community service, teaching and business enterprise. He empowers senior corporate leaders to leverage their human talent strategically for change management, employee engagement and corporate culture empowerment. He was also an Associate Professor with the NTU from 1995-2010. He has more than 35 years of hands-on senior management and consulting experience with local and foreign multinational corporations. His consulting clients include government agencies, manufacturing and service companies. He mentors and coaches C-Level and other senior executives. He also consults with foreign Governments and Board Directors on various matters spanning HRM, talent management, strategy, sustainability, CSR, regional growth, leadership development and succession readiness. He was the International HRM Expert for the International Labor Organization (ILO), a United Nations agency, on Social Dialogue and Human Resource Management and consulted with the Governments of China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong for various high-level consulting projects. Dr Michael Heng founded his first human resource consulting company in 1992, and has since initiated several startup ventures. Michael was recognized on the National Day 2002 Honors List and awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) for community service by the President of Singapore. He also received a Global CSR Leadership Award at the Global CSR Summit 2012. And at the Philip Kotler World Marketing Summit 2013, he received the CSR Leadership Excellence Award. Dr Michael Heng PBM is recognized as an influential thought-leader and thinker on entrepreneurship, SME, human capital, venture creation, business strategy, sustainability and CSR.

STEVEN KOH is an experienced learning and development (L&D) consultant with 27 years of management, training, and curriculum experience in the training & adult education (TAE). To date, Steven has developed over 50 programs. He has also designed and implemented many impactful learning solutions that help corporates to enable their people to learn and enhance their organization performance strategically. As a certified workplace learning specialist (CWLS), he helps organizations to develop their workplace learning system so that learning can lead to business growth. He also empowers managers to be effective trainers who can train and inspire their people for excellent performance. Steven is a passionate community builder. Over the last 7 years, he has built thriving communities with members from all over the world. These communities include Community of Learning (Singapore) and Facebook Community Leadership Circles Singapore, With his experience, he helps organization to create and build active communities which empower their people to learn and design new innovative solutions. Currently, Steven is an adult educator (AE) mentor and trainer for Advanced Certificate of Learning & Performance (ACLP) at IAL. He is the Special Interest Group (SIG) ambassador which manages the 6 SIG groups at IAL. These groups include SIG Facilitation, Coaching, Learning Design, Learning Technology, CET Entrepreneurship and Social Learning. Steven also conducts 4 modules in Social Media. Steven obtained his first degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the National University of Singapore. He has also obtained the Master of Business from RMIT University, Australia. Being a firm believer of life-long learning, he has obtained 3 additional professional qualifications for adult education, ACTA, DACE and CWLS. Steven is a specialist adult educator (curriculum development) who is always keen to learn and upgrade himself.

MARYLYN XIANG is a seasoned chief instructor with extensive technical skills in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 as well as in Design Thinking and Agile Coach. She conducted hundreds of classes and trained thousands of people from various industries with different skills. Beside this, Marylyn is experienced course designer for Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Digital transformation, Design thinking and Agile Essential courses. Her program lead in SGUnited courses to guide the team with comprehensive knowledge of the full cycle of training and be the evaluator of the courses to enhance learning strategy with the outstanding analysis on the needs of business. As professional mentor with strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills by coaching various employees from diverse range of cultures, Marylyn also holds an ACTA certificate and a Master’s degree in education from Nanyang Technological University.

SWING GOH has nearly 10 years of experience in hands-on Engineering, Quality, Management and Customer Service in multinational corporations as well as multi-industrial sectors. She is active in areas of courseware development and consultancy work which includes Lean improvement, procedures establishment, On-The-Job-Training blueprint, talent development, competency mapping and Training Needs Analysis for corporate clients and Place Literacy (WPL) classes – at Beginners and Intermediate levels. Swing has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Science (Engineering Management), an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and a diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). She is also a professional coach in Transformative Coaching; an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved training program, and a professional speaker coached by 2017 World Champion of Public Speaking.

SASI KUMAR is an Apple Certified Trainer, facilitator, coach, learning designer in both digital and conventional platforms He is well respected for well-defined understanding of Technology, Soft Skill, Leadership and Training methodology & delivery, with capacity to identify and align emerging training needs with cutting-edge solutions. Kumar comes with over 18 years of experience in training and development work. He has been involved in training since his days as a regular serviceman in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. He has trained creative personals, lawyers, students, teachers, sales teams, trainers and officers from the Singapore Armed Forces. He has developed many different varieties of courses which includes usage of Software applications, Sales and Customer Services, Website Development, Info Comm related, Leadership, Train the trainer programs, Training Development. Kumar is also trained in using behavioral tools such as Tetramap, and coaching tools such as mBit and NLP. With his extensive experience in training and development, Kumar brings along deep knowledge in providing transformational experiences in his workshop.

DARYL LOKE has more than 25 years of experience in Business Consulting, IT and Education. He is a passionate trainer, and has rich experience in conducting WSQ courses on Financial Analysis, Retail & Economy, Adapt to Change, Productivity Improvement, and Workplace Communication. Daryl is proficient in both English and Mandarin, and had conducted language courses on English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
During his years as the general manager with Suvin Technologies, a member of an Indian conglomerate, he grew the IT consulting firm to more than a hundred consultants and professionals, providing best-in-class IT services globally, and acquired EPPU S4 status for the company. Some of his distinguished clientele included Hewlett-Packard, Deutsche Bank, American Express International Inc., and DBS Vickers Securities. Following are some of his professional certification like "Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment", "Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (Singapore) 2020", "ICAgile Certified Professional (Agile Coaching)", "C|BP The Certified Blockchain Professional", "Licensed Real Estate Salesperson" and "Licensed Tourist Guide".
