And these 2 factors are further broken down into 4 categories that an be systematically analyzed so that informed decisions can be made regarding the organization, operations, people, and product/services. These four categories are: strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O) and threats (T). The first letter of each category is derived the acronym SWOT. The outcomes of a SWOT analysis usually become key management decisions for the business organization. The Course will equip you with the powerful SWOT analysis business tool for identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to your business and organizational goals.
